These terms are an agreement between you and Polltater. By using Polltater, including voting as a guest, you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
Who can use Polltater
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms with you. One person, one account, and you're responsible for what happens on yours.
Your content
You own the questions, photos and comments you post. By posting, you give Polltater a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, share and promote that content in the app, in share images and link previews, and in search results, for as long as it's on the service. Only post photos you took or have the right to use.
Community rules
Don't post anything that:
- targets, harasses or exposes a private person (including their name, photo, address or other personal details);
- is hateful toward people based on who they are, or threatens or encourages violence;
- is sexual, or involves minors in any inappropriate way;
- is spam, a scam, or tries to manipulate results with fake accounts or bots;
- breaks the law or someone else's rights, like copyright.
Use the flag button to report anything that breaks these rules. We review reports, and anything reported by several people may be hidden while we look. We can remove any content or suspend any account at our discretion, including repeat offenders.
Copyright
If you believe something on Polltater infringes your copyright, email us at trentbluth@yahoo.com with a link to the content and a description of your work. We remove content in response to valid notices.
Results are for fun
Results reflect whoever chose to answer, not a scientific sample. Don't rely on them for important decisions. Guessing questions are trivia, not advice. Nothing on Polltater involves real-money betting or prizes unless we say so in writing.
The service
Polltater is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or end features at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Polltater isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.
Ending your account
You can delete your account any time from your profile. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. If we change them, we'll update the date at the top; continuing to use Polltater after that means you accept the new terms.
